A consultation involves meeting to chat and understand your current situation, to provide information and to make a personalised plan together to address your areas of need.  Information is provided around how to access services, costs of aged care services, options for in home care or making the move to retirement living or aged care.  Referral for financial advice or legal planning can also be arranged with colleagues who specialise working with older Australians.  A summary plan will be provided by email following the consultation.
